Opening Ceremony

Join us for the 2024 ICE Opening Ceremony along with the Guest of Honor H.H. Sayyid Dr Fahad Bin Al Julanda Al Said, Vice Chancellor, Sultan Qaboos University. The Opening will commence with welcome remarks from the General Conference Chair, Dr. Hisham Al Siyabi, this will be followed by a welcome address by H.E. Salim Al Aufi, Minister of Energy and Minerals, Sultanate of Oman. The Opening Ceremony will conclude with a keynote speech delivered by H.E. Mohsin Al Hadhrami, Undersecretary, Ministry of Energy and Minerals, Sultanate of Oman.
